What is your standard lead time?
Standard lead time is 7-10 business days from receipt of purchase order, with an approved proof in place.
What kind of art file do I need to submit?

How do you ship to customers?
We offer FedEx, UPS, logistics, and courier services. For local customers in western Massachusetts, pickup/delivery options may be arranged. All orders shipped FOB Springfield unless otherwise noted.
What are your credit terms?
Standard credit terms are 1% 10, net 30 based on a credit check. First orders should be prepaid/credit card/check.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Do you do design work?
We have a talented on-site design team ready to help with your custom label.
Are you ISO certified?
Springfield Label obtained its ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2014. We are currently transitioning to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which will replace the 9001:2008 standard in 2018. See all our certifications.
Are you eco-friendly?
We flexographically print with water-based inks, and offer FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) products upon request. We recycle 90% of waste and byproducts by converting them to alternative fuels,
Do you have standard sizes?
Springfield Label offers both standard and custom size labels to order.
What is the minimum number of labels I need to order?
Minimum quantities are based on each unique job. Please contact your sales representative or customer service representative for an estimate.
Will my labels come on rolls or sheets?
Many materials and label sizes can be provided in rolls or sheets. Please contact your sales or customer service representative for a recommendation. We always work to accommodate your needs.
